Senior Asset Manager
Debbie has spent the last three decades tending to the smallest details of the property management business. She assists with everyday financial and capital management details and maintains internal and external relationships, specializing in strategic initiatives to drive revenue and cost savings. Debbie’s contribution to Class A Management is an eye for detail when preparing annual operating budgets, monthly variance reports, and quarterly budget forecast reports for all managed properties. In addition, Debbie manages capital improvement projects from bidding through completion, on time and within budget. She oversees daily operations, onsite staff, and all contracted services at managed properties and handles all property rehabilitation projects and invoices. Debbie’s dedication to excellence is reflected in her recent awards, which include Regional of the Year, Circle of Excellence, and Class A Employee of the Year.
Christina oversees multiple on-site teams and assets, conducting training and providing owners with timely communications, reporting for all investment life cycle services, onboarding for newly managed properties, inspections, resident relations, and increased property NOI through onsite staff management. Her experience includes five years of progressive property management responsibilities and education, including military housing expertise, completion of the Grace Hill Training series, and Fair Housing certification. She was named Class A Management Manager of the Year in 2019.
Director of Operations
With more than 26 years of experience in property management, Debra has spent the last 9 years as Regional Manager for the Class A team. Debra’s background in construction and asset management contributes to her expertise in distressed properties. Her daily duties include management of asset maintenance projects and providers, office management, planning, communications, employee training, and outreach.
