We are currently looking to expand our team. As an accounting assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice management/allocation
  • Scheduled/manual billing
  • Payroll management (Quarterly taxes/auditing of hours/vacation entry)
  • HR responsibilities (Processing new hires’ paperwork/w2/unemployment/etc.)
  • Managing tenant/housing ledgers
  • Coordinating with vendors on revenue management
  • Troubleshooting software issues with property managers
  • Supporting other accounting personnel in daily/weekly/monthly/annual activities
